All services are performed in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations, industry standards, and agreed service requirements.

Eligibility and Authorized Use

Our services are intended for licensed laboratories, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare providers, and authorized healthcare networks. By requesting services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to ship, receive, and handle medical materials under applicable laws and regulations.

Compliance and Regulations

We operate in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local healthcare, transportation, and safety regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipped items are properly packaged, labeled, documented, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements prior to pickup.

Scheduling and Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery times are agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • While we prioritize time-critical deliveries, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, emergencies, or regulatory delays.
  • Ades Global Enterprise Inc is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, improper packaging, or incomplete documentation provided by the client.

Packaging and Handling

Clients are responsible for proper packaging of all medical items unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes maintaining temperature control, biohazard containment, and secure sealing. We reserve the right to refuse transport of items that are improperly packaged or pose safety or compliance risks.

Fees and Payment Terms

  • Service fees are based on the type of transport, distance, urgency, and handling requirements.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, failed pickups, or re-routing due to client-requested changes.

Liability Limitations

Ades Global Enterprise Inc exercises reasonable care in handling and transporting medical items. However:

  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and any applicable service agreement.
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay resulting from improper packaging, undisclosed contents, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • No liability is assumed for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

All client information and transported materials are handled with strict confidentiality. We maintain appropriate administrative and operational safeguards to protect sensitive healthcare information.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if shipments violate regulations, pose safety risks, or if a client fails to comply with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All company content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Ades Global Enterprise Inc and may not be used without written permission.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ades Global Enterprise Inc from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from improper shipment contents, regulatory violations, or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Ades Global Enterprise Inc operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
